Posting Journals
  • Once an Xero organisation has been linked to a client and their accounts have been mapped, journals of generated reports can be posted to Xero. There are two ways to post:
    • Manually
      • When viewing a client's generated reports on the Clients page, a Post to Xero is available for each report.
      • Clicking the button will post the report's journal to the linked Xero organisation.
    • Autoposting
      • On a client's Manage page, the autoposting feature can be activated.
      • Once activated, journals will be posted on a monthly basis. The day on which Ebay journals are posted can be set on the My Account page. The day on which Amazon journals are posted are dependent on when Amazon generates the final settlement report or the previous month. This rarely occurs later that the 10th day of the month.
