Generating Reports

Generate a Report

• Currency
  • For Amazon, choose between Euros, British Pounds, Polish Złoty, Turkish Lira, Swedish Krona, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, and Mexican Pesos.
  • For Ebay, choose between Euros, British Pounds, US Dollars.
• Date range
  • Select the start and end date of the report.
• Check Available Data
  • This button will open a window that shows you which months Ecomledger can generate reports for.

Request Report

• Once the Request Report button has been clicked, the report will start generating.
• Generated reports can be viewed on the Reports table on the table below the Generate Report button.
• While the report is being generated it’s status will be Pending.
  • If the process completes successfully, the status will change to Completed. The report is now availble to be purchased and downloaded.
  • If the process fails, the status will change to Failed. If this happens, please create a support ticket on the Support page, stating the clients name.

Monthly reports

• Every month, eComLedger will generate a report for the previous month for each client.
