Metered Billing

  • Important The cost per client is capped at £15 per month. Example: If you have 3 clients, you will never pay more than £45.
  • Each billing cycle (30 days), eComLedger counts the total number of transactions imported into eComLedger for all of your connected clients.
  • The total number of transactions is then divided by 1.67 to calculate the number of units that have been consumed.
  • Each unit costs £0.01.


Units = Transactions ÷ 1.67


Cost = Units x 0.01



  • Example: Imported 1000 transactions during the billing period.

599 = 1000 ÷ 1.67


£5.99 = 599 x 0.01
