Settlement reports are automatically generated by Amazon at unspecified intervals and cannot be generated manually.
Amazon sales that take place in the last week of a month will only be available to eComLedger when the settlement report generated in the first week of the following month has been generated.
Therefore, you won't be able to generate Amazon reports until Amazon has released the necessary settlement reports to cover the date range of the report you're trying to generate.
Usually, Amazon settlements for the previous months are complete no later than the 10th day of the current month.
Ecomledger will automatically generate a report for the previous month as soon as the final settlement has been imported.
eComLedger will warn you if try to generate a report for the previous month while the dataset is still incomplete.
Ebay
Ebay reports will be available on the second day of each month for the previous month.
